Dorothea Prühl, in her essay Perhaps it Was Meant to Be That Way, describes Wippermann’s work as ‘unassuming but at the same time challenging… it has a will of its own which draws attention.’ This slim volume is a visual presentation of jewellery made by Andrea Wippermann between 1991 and 1999 and highlights the quiet power of her work.
