Renate Heintze: Schmuck was published alongside a retrospective of her work at the Kunstmuseum Moritzburg Halle (Saale) and the Deutsches Goldschmiedehaus Hanau in 1993. Illustrated with images of some of her most important pieces, and with a text by art historian Christiane Keisch, the book looks back over Heintze’s life and career and pays homage to her contribution to contemporary jewellery both as an artist and as an educator, at Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design Halle, where she was head of the jewellery class until her death in 1991.
